By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing services, you indicate your agreement to comply with all provisions of these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YUAN MNA HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE PTE. LTD. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description
2.1 Health Consulting Services
MNA provides one-on-one health consultant consulting, personalized nutrition plan formulation, health testing services, regenerative medicine consulting, global wellness travel planning, and health education and training services. All services are provided by qualified nutritionists, health consultants, and relevant professionals. Service content includes personal health record establishment, dietary structure analysis, nutrition and conditioning meal recommendations, genetic testing consulting and report interpretation, digital health management support, and themed health course training.
2.2 Service Limitations
MNA's services fall within the scope of health promotion, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support and do not constitute medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations. Our nutritionists and health consultants cannot replace doctors, specialists, or other licensed medical professionals. Consulting services are primarily for nutrition, lifestyle, and health management support and do not replace medical institution disease diagnosis and clinical treatment. If you have disease symptoms, please seek medical attention promptly.
2.3 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate partial services due to force majeure, resource adjustments, partner institution changes, or other reasonable reasons. In such cases, we will do our best to notify affected clients in advance and negotiate refunds, extensions, or alternative plans based on specific circumstances. For booked but unexecuted services, we will handle them according to the cancellation policy.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Information Accuracy
You promise that all information provided to us is true, accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner. This includes personal health information, medical reports, medical history, dietary records, and contact information. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from providing false information, omitting important health information, or failing to update information in a timely manner. For regenerative medicine services, you have the obligation to truthfully disclose past medical history and current medication status.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for properly keeping your account password and access credentials and may not transfer, lend, or authorize others to use your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or any security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to properly keep account information.
3.3 Reasonable Use
You agree not to abuse our services in any way, including but not limited to: interfering with the normal operation of services, infringing on the rights of others, spreading malicious software, engaging in illegal activities, accessing our systems or data without authorization, impersonating others, or engaging in any behavior that may damage MNA's reputation. We reserve the right to take legal action against violations, including terminating services and pursuing liability for compensation.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Content Ownership
All content on the MNA website, including text, images, videos, charts, trademarks, logos, course materials, and software, is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property laws. Without written permission from MNA, no individual or organization may copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, republish, download, create derivative works, or use for commercial purposes. 4.2 User Content
If you submit comments, feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other content to us (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"), you grant MNA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, and display such User Content for service improvement, marketing purposes, and business development. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such User Content.
5. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MNA and its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, failure to achieve expected health outcomes, or any other economic losses. For the acts or omissions of third-party service providers (such as testing laboratories, medical institutions, wellness travel partners), we only bear reasonable coordination and supervision responsibilities.
Although we strive to ensure service quality and information accuracy, health outcomes are affected by various factors, including individual genetic background, lifestyle compliance, underlying health conditions, and external environment, with significant individual differences. We do not guarantee the achievement of any specific health goals, nor do we make cure, anti-aging, or fixed effect promises regarding stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine projects. Treatment effects vary based on individual circumstances, specific projects, and medical assessment results.
